Puff pastry.

200 gr white chocolate,
250 gr ricotta cheese,
1 egg,
50 gr granulated sugar,
1 tablespoon cinnamon.

4 apples thinly sliced,
White chocolate to decorate.


Preheat the oven to 180°c. Unfold puff pastry and lay in the tart mould. Peel and core the apples and thinly slice them. In a bowl mix the ricotta cheese together with the previously beaten egg, coarsely chopped white chocolate, cinnamon and part of the sugar. Poor filling on the tart shell and arrange apple slices in overlapping rows, repeating until all apple slices are used. Sprinkle with remaining sugar. Bake the the tart covered with aluminium foil for 30 minutes, uncover and cook for another 10 minutes or until pastry is golden brown and apples tender.
Sprinkle tart with white chocolate and serve warm.
