Honeydew melon milkshakeIngredients:

1 honeydew melon,
4 tablespoons honey,
4 scoops vanilla ice cream,
500 ml full fat milk,
Crushed ice.




Remove the skin and seeds of the melon and cut into chunks, toss in a food blender. Add the milk and the honey and blend well for a couple of minutes. Add the crushed ice and the ice cream and blend until smooth.  Serve immediately

Prepare your own crushed ice by putting in a clean plastic freezer bag a handful of ice cubes, wrap in a kitchen towel and with the help of a rolling pin crash the ice.

Garnish: Slice of melon or an extra ice cream scoop per glass.
Type: Sweet.
Glass: Tumbler glass.
