1 medium sized watermelon,
Zest and juice of 1 lemon,
Chopped fresh mint,
2 tablespoons of sugar,
1 tablespoon of rose water.


Dessed and cut into small cubes the watermelon, put aside in the fridge. Wash the lemon and grate it, keep the zest aside. In a bowl mix the lemon juice the sugar and the rose water until the sugar dissolves. Add the juice to the watermelon and sprinkle with the lemon zest and chopped mint.

Serve icy cold.
