4 plaice fillets,
30 gr flour,
30 gr butter,
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard,
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
2 tablespoons honey,
juice of 1/2 lemon,
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce,
Salt and pepper,


Prepare the mustard sauce by whisking together the honey, mustard, olive oil, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Season with freshly ground pepper.
Coat the plaice fillets in the flour and season with a little salt and freshly ground black pepper. Gently melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side. Place fish fillets in a serving dish and season with mustard sauce, decorate with the minced parsely. Serve immediately.
