2 salmon steaks,
1 can kidney bean,
1 can mais,
4 large potatoes,
1 celery stock,
4 tablespoons mayonnaise,
Salt and pepper.


Heat a pan over medium heat, add the salmon and cook for a couple of minutes on each side. Crumble the salmon.

Boil water in a pot. Peel and cut the potatoes into small 1cm cubes, toss in boiling water and cook for a couple of minutes. Potatoes have to remain firm. In the meantime, rinse the mais and kidney bean and toss them in a serving dish. Finely chop celery.

Add the mais, kidney beans, celery and potatoes to the salmon and turn on the heat, sauté for a couple of minutes. Remove pan from the heat and add the mayonnaise, mix well so that all ingredients are well coated and serve immediately.
