250 ml heavy cream,
125 ml Dijon mustard,
2 tablespoons honey,
Salt and pepper.


In a small saucepan, mix cream, mustard and honey. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly, stirring constantly, about 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
