Champagne Vinaigrette


50 ml extra virgin olive oil,
50 ml Champagne vinegar,
2 tablespoons,
Dijon mustard,
2 teaspoons honey,
3/4 teaspoon salt,
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper.


Whisk together all ingredients. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes or up to 3 days.

For 4 persons.
