Originated from Spain, churros are a traditional dessert, served through out the day and normally accompanied by tick hot chocolate. They are fried-dough pastry with a ridged surface created by the star-shaped tip of the syringe through which they’re produced. They’re widely available from street vendors who fry them on the spot.
