500 gr shrimps (large ones), peeled and deveined,
1/2 glass dry white wine,
2 shallots – chopped,
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes,
4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped,
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley,
Salt and pepper.


Heat the olive oil in a large, nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add the shallots and red pepper flakes and sauté for until shallots are translucent. Add the garlic and continue cooking until garlic turns pale golden. Remove the garlic. Place shrimps in the pan and season with salt and pepper. Sauté until just pink, about 3 minutes.
Add wine to pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for a couple of minutes until sauce reduces. Add the parsley and serve immediately.

For 4 persons.
