1 medium sized melon,
10 slices of Parma ham,
Chopped fresh mint,
Lemon-mint vinaigrette.


Cut the melon into two and dessed it. With the help of a melon baller or small ice cream scooper form small melon balls and transfer to a serving dish. Put aside in the fridge.
Just before serving add the Parma ham, dizzle with the lemon-mint vinaigrette and some fresh mint leaves.
