10-12 fresh apricots,
200 gr flour,
50 gr ground pistachios,
100 gr light brown sugar,
100 gr unsalted butter plus a knob to butter the dish,
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon.


Heat oven to 200°C and butter the dish.
Peel the apricots and slice them evenly, lay the cut apricots into the dish.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of  sugar over the apricots.
In a medium bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients together and rub the butter (previously cut into small cubes) into this mixture until it resembles bread crumbs.
Toss the mixture over the fruits and spread evenly. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the fruits are cooked and the top is golden brown. Serve warm.
