Red onion vinaigretteIngredients:

2 medium red onion,
1 garlic clove,
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves,
125 ml olive oil,
60 ml cider vinegar,
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar,
4 teaspoons sugar,
Salt and pepper.

Preparation:

Finely chop the onions and mince the garlic. In a bowl mix the olive oil, vinegars, add the onion and garlic, the thyme and sugar. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Leave to marinate for half an hour minimum before serving.

Style: Mediterranean.
Difficulty: Easy.
