500 gr peaches,
125 gr sugar (plus some extra to sprinkle),

80 gr flour (plus some butter for the cake tin),
60 gr butter (plus some butter for the cake tin),
4 eggs,
250 ml milk,
1 pinch of salt,
1 tablespoon of cinnamon.


Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash and deseed the peaches. Cut each into wedges. In a small saucepan melt the butter over very low heat. Set aside.

In a bowl beat the eggs until creamy, add the sugar and the pinch of salt, the cinnamon and the flour, mix well, once the ingredients are well combined add the melted butter and the milk and beat foa a couple of seconds to air the consistency.

Grease and flour the tin, (remove excess flour). Pour the clafoutis mixture and place the peaches slices on top, pressing them slightly, sprinkle with remaining sugar.
Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes.
